Will you restock products?

Yes. I restock popular products whenever they are available from my suppliers. If there’s an item you’d love to see return (or a brand you’d like stocked), you’re welcome to share suggestions in the Stickie Planning Facebook group or on Instagram @stickieplanning.

How long until you ship my order?

All items are in stock and ready to ship unless stated otherwise.

  • Standard processing time: 10–15 business days

  • Sales, launches & peak periods: 15–20 business days

Processing time refers to the time it takes me to pack and dispatch your order (not the delivery time once shipped).

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and size of your order. If shipping is overcharged for any reason, I will refund the difference.

Where is my order?

  • If your order has not been marked as shipped yet, it is still within the processing timeframe.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your parcel via the Australia Post website.

  • If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at stickieplanning@gmail.com

Can I change my address on my order?

If you entered the wrong address and your order has not yet been shipped, please email me as soon as possible at stickieplanning@gmail.com and I will do my best to update it.

Do you combine orders?

Yes, I can combine orders where possible. Please leave a note at checkout with the order numbers you would like combined.

Do you hold orders?

Yes — I can hold orders for up to 2 months at no charge, which is handy if you’re going on holidays or want to combine shipping.
Please leave a note at checkout with the order number(s) you’d like held (DMs and emails are also welcome).

Do you have any coupon/discount codes?

Yes. Join the VIP Facebook group and/or subscribe to the newsletter for up-to-date codes, sales, and occasional freebies.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible so I can review and rectify the issue.

What’s the difference between Presale and Preorder?

Preorder
Items have not been purchased from the supplier yet, so quantities may be unlimited. Some preorders take longer as items may still need to be manufactured and delivered to me first. Timeframes will always be listed on the product page.

Presale
Items have already been ordered from the supplier and quantities are limited. Stock is on its way to me. Timeframes will be listed on the product page, but presale items typically take 3–4 weeks to arrive before dispatch.

You can combine presale/preorder items with in-stock items; however, please note your full order will be held until all items have arrived and are ready to ship. If you place multiple orders and request combining, I can refund duplicate shipping—just leave a note at checkout with your order numbers.
