Yes. I will frequently restock popular products, if they are available to me. If there is any items you are hoping will be restocked or you have another stockist in mind, feel free to share your thoughts in our Facebook group or on our Instagram @stickieplanning.
How long until you ship my order?
- All items are ready to ship and processing time is 5-7 business days.
- Due to the volume of orders, shipping will be extended to 10-15 business days during sales.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping goes on weight and size of the items. If you have been over charged in shipping, I will refund you the difference.
Where is my order?
- If your order has not been marked as shipped yet, then we are still processing it at this stage.
- If you have selected tracked shipping, you will be notified of your tracking details via email and can track it via the Australia Post website.
- If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please message me at stickieplanning@gmail.com
Can I change my address on my order?
If you have put in the wrong address and we have not yet shipped your order, please contact us stickieplanning@gmail.com
Do you combine orders?
Yes, I can combine orders. Please leave a note at checkout with your order number/s that you wish to combine.
Do you hold orders?
Going on holidays? Or want to make the most of combining shipping? YES, I can hold your orders for up to 2 months with NO CHARGE! Please leave a note at checkout with your order number/s that you wish to hold. (DMs and emails also welcome).
Do you have any coupon/discount codes
YES! Join our VIP facebook group and/or our newsletter subscription for up to date codes, sales and freebies.
Returns and Exchanges
We don't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. However if there is a fault, damage or incorrect item please contact me immediately so we can rectify the issue.
What's the difference between Presale and Preorder?
Preorder - We haven't purchased the items from our supplier yet, so the quantities are unlimited. Some preorders will take a little longer to arrive as we haven't placed the order yet and some may still need to be manufactured. The time frames will be noted in each listing.
Presale - We've already ordered the items and have a limited number available. We are still waiting for the stock to arrive from the supplier. The time frames will be noted in each listing, but they usually will take 3-4 weeks to arrive at Stickie HQ and then will be shipped out within two business days.
You can combine orders with presale/preorder orders and I will refund the shipping. Just leave a note at checkout with your order numbers. For orders which have presale/preorder items included, your whole order will be held up until these items arrive.
