While major disruptions have eased, Australia Post may still experience occasional delays. Please keep this in mind when waiting for your happy mail, as delivery timeframes are outside my control once parcels have been lodged.

Stickie Planning is a small, independently run business, and all orders are packed and processed personally with care.

All items listed are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Any changes to processing times will always be communicated via the announcement bar at the top of the website.
Local Australian Shipping
All Australian orders are sent via tracked shipping to ensure your order arrives safely and can be monitored throughout its journey.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and size in accordance with Australia Post guidelines.

Australia

Standard Untracked Mail: approx. 7–15 business days

Where is my order?
Australia:
Orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Parcels will only be considered missing after 4 weeks from the shipment date.
International:
Orders may take up to 20 business days to arrive and will only be considered missing after 10 weeks from the shipment date.
Please note: I’m unable to investigate the location of an order unless tracked shipping was selected at checkout.
Refunds & Replacements
As Stickie Planning stocks products from a range of independent artists and brands, replacements may not always be possible due to limited stock availability.
Refunds and/or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only available for orders with tracked shipping.
