COVID-19
There are still shipping delays due to Covid-19. Australia Post are still experiencing minor delays. Please keep this in mind when waiting on the arrival of your happy mail as it is out of our control.

PROCESSING
As shown in the FAQ section, all products are ready to ship and we aim to get them out the door between 3-5 business days. If there are any changes to this, they will be announced in the announcement header at the top of the page.

LOCAL AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Shipping costs are weight and size based in accordance with Australia Post. Orders over 250g will automatically fall into the 'Tracked Shipping' range and you will not be able to select 'Standard Shipping'.

If you order only flat items (stickers and cards), you have the option to select 'Standard Shipping', however if there is any washi or other accessories included, 'Tracked Shipping' must be selected.

How long is delivery taking?
Local (Australia):
Standard Untracked mail - approximately 7-15 business days
Standard Tracked mail - approximately 7-10 business days
Express Tracked mail - approximately 5-7 business days

International:
Standard Tracked mail - approximately 20 business days
Express Tracked mail - approximately 14 business days

Where is my order?
Local (Australia): orders can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered and will only be considered missing after 4 weeks from date of shipment.

International: Orders can take up to 20 days to be delivered and will only be considered missing after 10 weeks from date of shipment.

Please note: We are unable to advise where your order is unless you have purchased tracked shipping.

Do you process refunds or replacements?
As we are a stockist of other stores, there are times we simply do not have the stock available to replace. All refunds and/or replacements will be reviewed and will only be provided for orders that have tracked shipping.
